An international working group of more than 70 psychiatrists, child psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, legal professionals, practitioners and scholars from 13 countries has developed a proposal for the American Psychiatric Association (APA) and the World Health Organization (WHO) calling for the inclusion of "Parental Alienation Disorder" in the diagnostic systems DSM-5 and ICD-11.
